  • Perform physics-rooted multiphase production modelling. Results: flow rates, along the wellbore parameters (p/T profiles & gradients, gas holdup, flow pattern, fluid properties). These items aid improving allocation and solving production problems

  • Use outcome from1) and 2) to perform physics-based modelling of ESP (pump) incl. hydraulics, electrical-mechanical performance. Results include key operational parameters such as efficiencies. Those items allow optimizing operating artificial lift equipment, leading to extending its run life and reducing energy consumption/emissions

  • Use outcome of 1), 2) & 3) to train a ML algorithm to predict a pump failure in advance. This proactive approach allows sufficient time for planning workover or intervention activities
